**** On May 17, 2023, Dorholt Voted For HF1233, the Omnibus Health and Human Services Finance Bill. (HF1233, Office of the Revisor of Statutes) The bill required health care facility license holders to notify residents when a registered predatory offender is admitted and gave DHS access to predatory offender details for background checks.
